I went to this location with a couple of my friends. The staff was welcoming from the moment I checked in, and the whole process felt professional and well-organized from the initial health screening to picking the right drip for what I needed. The space itself was clean, calm, and comfortable, which made a big difference. The nurse who administered my IV was skilled and gentle (barely felt the needle go in), and she checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I opted for a hydration and immunity blend, and honestly felt noticeably better within a few hours — more energized and less foggy than I'd felt in days. Pricing was reasonable for the quality of service, and they walked me through exactly what was in the drip and why. I am very disappointed with the service I received at this location. Without my knowledge or consent, the nurses removed me from the package deal I had previously enrolled in and then charged me an additional fee for a GLP-1 shot. I was not properly informed of this change or given the opportunity to approve it beforehand. This experience has significantly affected my trust in the staff and the services provided at this location. I believe customers should be clearly informed of any changes to their services or pricing before they are made. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I do not feel that the nurses at this location were transparent or trustworthy in handling my account and treatment.

Really enjoyed my experience! I have really hard veins to get, so it’s rare for someone to get the IV in on the first try, but they got it in one go!
