Alyssa is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, and she explains everything in full detail so you feel completely prepared. Felicia is warm and comforting, and she even made my friend, who gets uneasy around needles…feel relaxed. Zero pain and super quick. She used the arm I never use because my veins are harder to find and still got it perfectly in one smooth poke. Beyond her kindness, she has such a fun personality that she makes the whole experience enjoyable. You’ll either be laughing or leaving with a smile. The IV drip therapy here was genuinely helpful. I reside in Sanantonio and visiting Houston and was feeling under the weather still recuperating from a bout of acute diverticulitis!! My son is utilized THRIVE services and recommended the memorial location. Both Olga, the receptionist and April the RN are rock stars of service. The facility impeccable. If you’re looking for the best IV hydration therapy, vitamin IV drips, wellness IV therapy, or customized IV vitamin treatments, I cannot recommend Thrive Drip enough, especially Felicia! Felicia is truly AMAZING and completely elevated my entire experience. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and thorough. What really sets her apart is how far she goes above and beyond for her patients. She took extra time to listen to exactly what I wanted to accomplish, explained everything thoroughly, and took special measures to make sure I was comfortable throughout my entire IV treatment. I especially loved that Felicia didn’t make the experience feel generic or rushed. She focused on personalized IV therapy and helped create an IV hydration and vitamin cocktail customized specifically for my individual wellness goals and needs. Her attention to detail and level of patient care are exceptional. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving every patient the best possible experience and results. The entire Thrive Drip facility was spotlessly clean, pristine, organized, and extremely professional. From the cleanliness of the environment to the personalized care, everything felt premium and well thought out. For anyone searching for IV hydration, IV vitamin therapy, vitamin drips, hydration therapy, wellness IVs, energy IV therapy, immune support IVs, or customized IV cocktails, Thrive Drip is absolutely worth visiting.
