Update: Felicia is amazing!! She got my IV with zero problems and I have never had a drip flow that quickly! - I come to Thrive Drip Spa pretty regularly and the ladies at the front are always welcoming. Specifically Madeline! Emelyn, the nurse, has administered my IV the last two times I have been there and she is amazing! I unfortunately have very small veins and getting one in the crease of my arm is impossible, so I have to get IV’s in my hand. She was very gentle and quick, which makes a huge difference getting an IV there. It’s always super relaxing and you can never feel bad after getting fluids like this! Alyssa is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, and she explains everything in full detail so you feel completely prepared. Felicia is warm and comforting, and she even made my friend, who gets uneasy around needles…feel relaxed. Zero pain and super quick. She used the arm I never use because my veins are harder to find and still got it perfectly in one smooth poke. Beyond her kindness, she has such a fun personality that she makes the whole experience enjoyable. You’ll either be laughing or leaving with a smile. The IV drip therapy here was genuinely helpful. I reside in Sanantonio and visiting Houston and was feeling under the weather still recuperating from a bout of acute diverticulitis!! My son is utilized THRIVE services and recommended the memorial location. Both Olga, the receptionist and April the RN are rock stars of service. The facility impeccable. Went in with a five day migraine. Got their migraine drip with Benadryl added. Two hours later migraine gone. I forgot what it fells like to not be in pain. Next migraine I’ll be back.
