01 Unlocking wellness
Infrared, explained
Infrared light penetrates the skin and warms the body directly rather than heating the air, producing a deep sweat at a lower temperature. Clients use it for relaxation, recovery, skin and sleep.
Sweating is one of the body's natural ways to clear waste; a deep infrared sweat supports that process. Hydrate before and after — a Hydrate Drip is a natural pairing.
A traditional sauna heats the air to 180°F or more. Infrared works at a lower ambient temperature while warming you from within — more comfortable, easier to stay longer.
They're not a magic bullet, but sessions raise heart rate and mimic light cardio, and they support the recovery that keeps a routine going.
Once or twice a week is a good rhythm; two to three sessions a week for deeper recovery or skin goals.

Sweat it out, gently.
Book an infrared session at Katy or Clear Lake — and hydrate after with a drip.
