Good Faith Exam
It starts withunderstanding.
At ThrIVe, your journey begins with a Good Faith Exam to make sure your care is safe, personalized and medically sound. It's required by Texas law — and the fee comes straight back to you as account credit.

01 Transparency in wellness
What the exam is
In accordance with Jenifer's Law, a Texas state requirement, all clients complete a Good Faith Exam with a licensed medical provider before treatment.
- New clients: the exam is required prior to your first service.
- Returning clients: renewed annually on your client anniversary, or any time your medical history changes.
- Fee: $35 non-refundable ($45 if bloodwork is included) — and you receive the same amount in account credit toward your next visit.
02 What to expect
Three quick steps

Convenience
Complete the exam from home with a scheduled video appointment, or in one of our private rooms during your visit.

Method
A video consultation with a licensed medical professional to discuss your personal health history and wellness goals.

Afterwards
Your chart is reviewed and passed to our registered nurse staff. From there, you begin your ThrIVe experience with confidence.
Thank you for trusting ThrIVe to be part of your wellness journey. Our nurses use lidocaine to numb the site (no allergy permitting) — our goal is one stick, every time.

Safe. Personal. Yours.
Book your exam and first drip together — it takes under a minute online.
