Booking is easy — online or by phone — but a little preparation makes the first visit smoother.
Before you arrive
Dress in loose layers so a sleeve rolls up easily. Eat a light meal and drink plenty of water beforehand; it reduces fatigue and helps the nurse find a vein. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, check in at the desk and settle into the lounge.
The Good Faith Exam
A staff member takes you to a private room for a Good Faith Exam, which Texas requires before your first service. It reviews your medical history and vitals to clear you for treatment and to learn your goals. The exam costs $35 ($45 with bloodwork or lab review), and the full amount is credited to your account for your next visit. It is repeated only annually, or when your medical needs change. Choosing your drip
You then choose and customize one of our 12 signature drips, adding boosters for specific concerns such as headache or fatigue. Your chart is reviewed and passed to the registered nursing staff, who can apply lidocaine to numb the site before starting the IV. Our goal is one stick, every time.
In the chair
The drip itself takes about 40 minutes; allow 45 to 60 minutes total for a first visit. A warm blanket is provided — read, listen to music, watch TV or nap. Afterwards the team will explain memberships and packages, without pressure.
After
Resume normal activity, but avoid heavy lifting, stay hydrated, eat well and keep an eye on the injection site. Call us if there is pain or swelling. Return visits are faster — even lunch-break length.
